From San Francisco to New York City: Awareness Cycle Tour for Children with Rare Diseases

He does it again! On 5 April 2018 hobby cyclist Jörg Richter starts his fourth cycle tour in favor of children with rare diseases. He will be on the road for nearly half a year, crossing the US from San Francisco on the west to New York City on the east coast. With his tour, the cyclist wants to draw attention to the fate of children with rare diseases. As an ambassador of these "orphans of medicine", he visits children's hospitals on the way and distributes teddies to chronically ill children there. In order to inform as many people as possible about the fate of children with rare diseases and to motivate others to participate, Jörg regularly reports on his experiences on Facebook and Instagram.
